Minecraft Updates have added a lot of complexity which doesn't enhance Gameplay. This article takes a look at some of the Datapacks which help with that.
Minecraft has had many cool updates, but they removed and changed stuff many off us heavily associate with Minecraft. Additionally, many features add complexity without making the game more fun ore Interesting. Nostalgia Datapacks can help with that.
Classic Mechanics is a massive Datapack consisting of modules which can be toggled manually. They change drops, disable mobs, and change mechanics.
The “No More […]” Series Contains more than 20 Projects, including Datapacks and Resource Packs that remove stuff like structures, blocks and entities.
I also create some rad (but I am biased) Datapacks that simplify the game.
Oldschool Netherite changes the recipes of Netherite equipment to how you craft other equipment (diamond, iron etc.). This means you can smelt Ancient Debris directly into Netherite.
Pretty self explanatory, copper, iron and gold ore drop ore drop blocks instead of raw ore.
Craft the classic red bed, no matter what color of wool you use. You can still dye the red bed afterwards.
