Benjamin Soule is a French Game Designer who is creating highly replayable and fun Games.

My favourite free games he made:

08jack is a young aussie dev who made a bunch of great Games. He mainly makes precision based games, but delves into other Genres like arcade and puzzle too.

Ikiki

Ikiki is a Japanese developer who is best known for his hard Platformer Games revolving around Ninjas and his Action Shooters, but he also made a wide Range of Arcade Games.
